I had only one very shortlasting, but very intence hit today. It lasted so short it didn`t happen. I feel very happy, i feel like this

This song make me feel happy no matter what, and when i`m happy i put it on and dance a little. Everyone should try to do childish things like that. It works :)
I ordered Russian Root dried herb today, never tried that, only in capsules. The guy told me i could use it in smoothies or tea etc. Exciting!!
