Tomorrow, a good day :)

Hi

Had a night with restless night but it didn`t matter cause i could ffel how the seeds did it`s job. It feels like my head get constricted in again, the way it`s supposed to be, i was very swollen from all the hits, my eye bags even disappear then, lol. Maybe a good thing? No, kidding, lol :)

Woke up puffy adn stuffed in my head but at the same time i had a clear head. So, all good!! Spend the day in doing housework, happy to do that, everytime i come in a highg cycle i feel everything is being chaotic around me. So it feels good to clean it all out, chase the beast out the door!!

Sara had friends over and they did homework and sang and made allot of noise. Feels very good to be able to handle allot of noise without getting the feeling that i want to scream and hide. After homework they sat around the kitchen table and ate Christmas cookies. Nice :)

Hope i will be able to do Crossfit tomorrow. If not, there will always come another workout. i\m just happy i can exercise at all.

Beast woke up

Hi

At the moment i`m exhausted but not in pain. I had hits with a couple of min in between at the most. The O2 company delivers O2 once a week. I had two 20l bottles and 4 3l bottles. I spend 29 l yesterday and i was empty, it was in the middle of the day so that didn`t work out well since i planned to do seeds i the evening. Decided to go to ER and get some O2 from them. I called and they told me it was ok. It was not ok when i came there, and the poor doc who helped me got really frustrated. He ended up standing on his toes yelling in the phone. He couldn`t believe how it could be this hard to get me some bottles to bring home, as i couldn`t be in the ER all day and night hooked to the O2 bottles there, he actually said that to the people he talked to. Also he said "she had this for 8 years, don`t you think she knows this condition and what to do better than you and me? If she says no to Morphine and want O2 we will get it for her". I started laughing cause he got so pissed!! Looking at me he said "your laughing but i`m crying". I told him i think i cried my share when it comes to dealing with doctors. He actually managed to get me bottles to bring home. This is how he did it, he said "well, then i have to bring her in neuro, then you have to take responsebility, cause Cluster goes under Neuro, so deal with it. She`s coming now. I was like "ok..... I don`t want to be hospitalized at all, i just want O2".

Thinking that ok i do need O2 i will just have to go up there and try to make them give it to me. When i came to Neuro i had bottles waiting for me, lol!!! "Take them and go home" they said!! "ALRIGHT"!!

SO!! Ready for seeds tonight. :) :)

I can`t believe how i push this all the time, why can`t i just do the seeds once a month and get over it? Well, it is the fact that i feel it is stopping my daily activities, it feels like "oh no, not again. I just have to do this and that first". That`s a great thing, it tells that i do so well and CH doesn`t stop me from living anymore. Cause before it was what i had to do all the time just to be able to do ANYTHING. So this is a beautiful reminder, i do not take all my daily activities for granted. I love just to go grocery shop. Cause i can!! And i love being able to work out the way i been now, i feel so good!!

I`m exhausted and happy cause i will never give up my normal life and i know everything is better tomorrow :)

 Try to carry a 20l tank when you got sore muscles all over your entire body. And if you find out how to do it, please call me!! LOL :)

Thief?? LOL!!

Hi


We have a storm, Berit they call it. Yesterday night i got hit and i used the 3 l tanks cause i think they work better, pressure thing. Used 9 l.  Went to gym the morning after, felt a bit better but after a little while when i got home it started ramping up again. Had to use the big 20l tank cause the small ones was empty. Couldn`t find my regulator!! I had been to 2h crossfit, hadn`t had the chance to eat yet and i started to get pretty desperate!! after awhile i started to swear and curse and was convinced it had to be a thief. Why a thief would steal a regulator, no money or anything else? Don`t ask me, but i tell you, it was gone and i was convinced. LOL!! Talk about being irrationall!! Found it in the end, no thiefs, just a haunted house ;) Hit was on the opposite side from what`s usual, it does that sometimes. Woke up with a hit on the usual side two times this night and still have it. But it`s not to bad and i think it`s caused by the extreme low pressure we got at the moment. Time will show :)






Friday i had workout where i carried 32kg kettle bells, sand bags etc etc. I`m pretty sore today, but it`s a good feeling :)

Had a nice breakfast with my family and it is fist sunday of Advent.

Where i do Crossfit



Had a good work out, almost threw up. LOL :)

I found out that Astaxanthin make fish oil and D3 to be allot more effective. Would be perfect for a person having high BP. Me having very low BP it was not good. Not gonna do that again. I have problem with fish oil in general. Usually i do it only every sec day or two das then pause, if not i start to get dizzy and all that. Since i worked out so much my thought was that i needed more oils, wich btw i do but i have to have other sources like Avocado etc, so i started to do fish oild and D3 every day for one week. Started to feel really bad day 3. Well well, learned something!!

I`m exhausted after the workout. Now Sara and me gonna watch Idol and have some popcorn :)

Low BP

It is my low BP  that made me sick. I have a problem with that. It is low naturally and when you exercise it get lowered in your daily life, healthy eating lower it etc etc. Fish oil lowers it, that`s the reason i do it in periods. D3 lowers it, same with com enzym q10 and Asthaxanthin.

I used D3, fish oil togehter with Asthaxanthin for some days and i have felt crap crap crap!! Now i know why. I will go off it all and start again with just Asthaxanthin. Always good to find out the reason :)

Is is to early for dinner? Never to early for dinner.... Homemade tomato sauce and whole grain pasta. YUMYUM :)

Sara

Good morning :)

Sara was officially a girls scout yesterday. They had a ceremony yesterday. She got a scout scarf and was so proud.

Sara (left) and her friened Sara(right). She is half Korean and half  Norwegian as well. Two cute girls. They made this wood stick doll yesterday. :)




My h ead didn`t get worse yesterday. I chose not to do the seeds cause i felt it wasn`t the thing i needed. Went to bed taking a couple of Melatonin to try and raise Serotonin levels. Woke up next day feeling fine and much happier  as well :)

Feeling fine today as well, just got a very stiff neck. Shouldn`t have cancelled my massage but i`m trying to save some money, guess it`s not the right thing to cut. I have quit smoking completely cause i can`t really smoke and do Crossfit, it is to stupid and i was embarrassed doing it. A month now. No problem, odd really how easy it is. But i didn`t smoke much, maybe that`s the reason.  Luckily!!!

This is today

Hi

I ate almost one hole bread yesterday, started to swell up badly right after and woke up feeling really bad this morning. Went to spinning class hoping it might help. Think it helped a bit, cause the heavy shadow didn`t get worse. Got home and had some food and a shower and went shopping for some gifts to Sara`s calendar. When i got home i felt really really bad, all of the sudden it came to my mind i hadn`t had any food in hours. Made some Salmon and veggies. Got so nausea i almost vomit but i managed to eat some and got better. Got some seeds in water but now a couple of hours later i feel fine!! Will see what i do later before i go to bed, cause now i feel really tired and usually that is a very good sign :)

Today is today, tomorrow is a brand new day :)

Hi

Todays CF workout was not that tough. It was scaled front squats 1 time 7 times. I used only 55kg.
Then 10 front squats togther with 25 sit ups using an AB pillow.As many rounds as you could do in 12 min. That was it. I did only 4 round, that is not good!! Number one did 8 rounds, so only half. They said it was good, the other ones attending was only men that has been doing this for a long time, but still. But it was fun and i really need to have a challenge and this is so now i have something to work towards :) It gives a motivation in general, f ex i do not wish to have a cigaretter now, cause then i know it will affect my physical form.

I will relax and have a nice meal now:)

Astaxanthin is still working well for me, so i`m doing pretty good!!

Coleslaw, beef and rest day

Jeeb`s your right about Sara. She got this humoristic outlook on everything :) It`s a good thing:) This drawing is about 1 year old. I have it on my fridge, i use it as a reminder for myself, do not overdo it all kind of thing. LOL :)

Today i made coleslaw and pressure cooked beef. Will eat and rest for tomorrows workout. We will go to this CrossFit center that`s more like a pro thing. There they will take the time etc etc and there`s pull up bars and stuff. Thinking this will be a tough workout. looking forward to it. SO the reminder thing on my fridge made me not go to spinning class today... Hehehe....

Made everything ready for the weekend, just in case the work out crushes me totally. If i don`t i think i have to treat myself with a chocloate. Maybe, just maybe...

Massage guy

Hi

My massage guy works for the local pro football team, Viking, so he know what he`s doing. He was so impressed how Asaxanthin have worked. He could clearly tell a significant difference on my tissue and muscles. My tissue or what word to use, has like a inflammation condition, my body holds water and seems "inflammed", swollen and numb. I been back and forth with antihistamines and diuretic to try and get it down, hasn`t worked out very well. But since i started with Asaxanthin i have been better and better and now i will say it is where "normal" is. So he was IMPRESSED!! He wanted all info so i had to write down the name. I get so happy everytime someone show interest when something new works.

I have so much energy and feel so normal. I don`t remember how i felt before i got CH, but it must have been like this if it isn`t even better. Today i washed down my hole house, went for a walk and prepared dinner, got Sara to girls Scout etc etc. Yesterday i had a Body Pump class. The weeks i been doing Asaxanthin everything has been in a good flow. I had 4 and 5 workouts and 1 CrossFit a week. Well i`m impressed as well!! My asthma problem thing seem to be gone and it`s just good!! This is amazing!!! Interesting!!

Beast is behaving good

Hi

My head is good. I believe it is the Astaxanthin that does it. I had no need for any diuretic or Benadryl to reduce any swellings in three weeks. That is great!! I do Benadryl if i wwant to eat something i know is a huge trigger, but that`s it. My skin has improved allot, increased energy and an overall very good feeling. Also it improves performance to the work out, significant from week to week. And even to the cardio, i can actually tell a big difference when i walked  floors up yesterday. It was like just walking on  straight ground. I am very happy with this, togther with seeds this will work out incredibly good i believe. Time will show. It is a hormone altering supplement, like Schisandra, Russian Root and Q10.  A good new tool for my toolbox.

Ray has been a "healthy people guinea pig". He feel increased energy, effect to his workout, skin looks better and overall feel good feeling. Astaxanthin seem to make your body to get it`s fuel from stored fat, like it does if you go on a low carb keto diet, according to the researches done. This seem to be right, cause Ray lost some weight and his muscles show`s, like he`s been on some kind of diet. But he has not. And same with me, but i do not have that much stored, so i`m very hungry all the time. Have to eat allot. It works on every form of inflammation it is written everywhere you read about it. Take a look, pretty interesting. BTW, i stopped using my glasses when i write and read.

What a great workout!!

Todays program:

Jogging warm up

Every exercise is done 20 sec 10 sec rest x 8

Do as many as you manage in 20 min, BUT the round you managed fewest will count as your result. I tried f ex 10 reps in 20 and pushed for 10 every 8 times we repeated.

Two weeks ago, Preben left workout after round 2 of 6.... He thought fotball was more important. That gave him nush rounds. 10 rounds with this, frogleaps, push ups and sit ups.

 I have not so many followers, but daily views are around 100 or more pr day, that is not so bad!! cool or what?!
 

Weeell Jeebs...

It`s actually worse than yoou think, this cake we started eating from the same day we made it, so actually the day before his birthday.... But he joined in and ate as well, so then it is ok? Think so ;)

Not really sure what is working, but something is working very well. This should be such a horrible time a yar but it isn`t!! I`m doing so GOOD!! Since i started with Asaxanthin my shadows became shorter and lighter and now i have only one very light shadow during a day. It is working the same way as the antihistamin Cetrizin, as i actually don`t tolerate is so well and get hives from Benadryl i thought A could be an alternative. This far it seems to be working pretty well, i have been able to get my swellings down and i have no use for diuretic or antihistamines to try get it down. Usually it didn`t work very well either so... And i am PF so something works. Time will show :)

Tomrrow i will go meet the others for a good workout. Tabata is on the program tomorrow, they said they will bring a bucket.... In other words it is going to be one HE.. of a workout and they expect someone to vomit..... Not going to be me!! I hope. Perhaps HÃ¥vard, he`s coming for the first time and i`m not really sure if he understand how hard this workout is, cause he said "oh just wait, tomorrow you will find out what i`m made of". Guess we will tomorrow, lol :)

Kitchen day

Hi


Today has been a busy day in the kitchen. Ray has birthday tomorrow, so i made a cake.


This cake is brutal, it is to good. It`s sort of a mix of being a brownie and sponge cake and the icing is caramel chocolate mix thing, three layers. YUM!!! Hope it will be ok to taste if i do Benadryl all day and not over eating.

Made Lasagne for dinner tomorrow, it taste best the day after.

Have no clue what is wrong with me, had three burgers(made of pure meat) today for lunch as i have cravings for meat, but i still want more!!

Sara came home from school with these


She thought they looked like hearts so she brought it home and gave them to me. How sweet and how wonderful she has eyes for details. :)

Had a lovely day, i like to cook and bake.

Snacksssss

Hi

I`m so hungry, constantly!! I think it`s the CrossFit that does it. Had oatmeal porridge for breakfast, beef for lunch and fish for dinner. Sunday i had spinning class then Body Pump today, have to do proper eating. Getting cravings for fast carbs so it shows i do not eat enough. Caved in for sweets..... I love sweets, in fact if i could i would eat sweets every single day. BUT i can`t. So today i had two Benadryl and gave in for the craving.





Look how pathetic i am, the sprinkle you see here in the front is chocolate coating. i tried to make it "better" by taking off the chocale coating from the toffee.... And liqorice i do not tolerate at all!! This is soft, salty liqorice with a salty and hot centre. But liqorice being like the number one worst sweet trigger i just had two....

"Lead me not into temptation; I can find the way myself"  kind of thing. LOL :)

Trying to make my conscience better with vegetables to go with it. Hahaha...


Still hungry. Should eat some more proper food. And sweets. Maybe.... Both. Hihi ;)

BTW, i`m not that swollen as i usually would be, even if i did Benadryl or not. Maybe it would be the Asaxanthin. Who knows, guess i will find that out after i used it a bit longer.

Whoops, accident!!

Hi

I was out visiting this little cute baby girl. Her name is Rimle :)

Cute cute cute!!!


On my way home i had to back my car..... accidently i bumped into something i thought was bushes. I was bushes. Only bushes AND a cement fence thing. Not fear to hide hard cement into soft bushes. LOL :) Just fixed my car for allot of money. Well well.... Learned something though. Never to trust bushes. Hihihi :)

Woke up with a heavy attack, got up and had some Benadryl, Magnesium and O2. Spend most of my day back and forth to my O2 tank, wanted to hold it down to spinning class as spinning is a good medicine for a hit for me. But i have to admit, O2 is not so effective as i would like it to be. It takes it down for about ten min, that is good enough though, whatever helps without any side effects. Spinning worked pretty well together with a large can with Red Bull and two Taurin capsules. Went home and had two more Benadryl. Hopefully i will get some sleep and not make it worse by sleeping if i do. And i can wish for it to be gone to tomorrow, but tomorrow will tell. Anyway i always find something to do about it.

CrossFit


Getting warm - Tabata, 4 rounds each exercise 20 sec dynamic 10 sec static. If i remember it correct. Actually, some would call the warming up for a workout......

Sorry, i didn`t find out how to make it one sequense.

Todays program:








100 box jumps, Jump down in between the boxes like Squat then jump up and Squat on the boxes. This is Frank.

I`m laughing cause Raymond was tired so he found out he needed some energy. He poured the powder in his mouth and drank water. LOL.

 
I see i forgot to make video of the sit ups we did. We did it this way, bend knees, arms over head tap floor with head and arms sit up tap floor in front.
This workout was much easier than last. I didn`t feel that exhausted and i do not feel exhausted now. I can tell for certain i willl not be that sore either. But last time i had two rye breads for breads before i left, this time i had a big portion oatmeal porridge and a beef. It felt great!! So fun:)

Girls girls girls!!

One of the girls had a close family member having CH, he experienced his first attack in January. Hopefully he will be in touch with me and i might get to tell him he have some options. From what i could understand he didn`t even have O2, that is bad. Let`s hope i will hear from him, and maybe you folks will hear form him as well ;)

Now i will make sure i will get my sleep so i'm ready for tomorrows CrossFit!!

Astaxanthin

Hi

Jeebs gave me a link to a site about nutrients and exersice, that was interesting!! I found a antioxodant very interesting not only cause it benefits the workout but it can maybe do something for CH. Astaxanthin reduces inflammation from all causes. A bit more than D3 actually. That would benefit us CH`ers. And maybe also it may help reduce the swellings some of us get. I work out extra well togehter with Omega 3, fish oil.

SO, gonna have some beef, Astaxanthin, omega 3 and co enzym Q10. This will be a very powerful mix i think. GO CROSSFIT!!! Grin

Hopefully it helps CH, excited to see how this will work out.

Snack and relax

Hi

As i`m still very sore in my muscles, i pretty much just can`t so anything but realx. But i read that co enzym Q10, wich i swear to as a good supplement everyone should do is used to prevent Rhabdo and DOM, i started taken it again. I use every supplement in bouts. AND I GOT BETTER!! It has improved allot today. Now i will read up on the information Jeebs gave me. THANK YOU JEEBS:)

And i will take an early night, i`m feeling tired from the soreness i think. Eating nutritious food and hoping for a fast recovery.

Still sore and a little bit Jeebs :)

Jeebs, i could make a funny remark to your comment, couldn`t i? ;) LOL:)

Well, like Jeebs here, i am STILL sore believe it or not!! But the worst muscle weakness i had are more or less gone. Or at least allot better. I learned a lesson here. I`m not a machine!!! And im new to this, tke it easy!!! I never had this kind of muscle soreness, i been sore from exercise but this has been painful. I may sound as a big whimp, but i think i can take some pain and i tell you, this was painful. My muscles was a bit warm and i felt like they were just dough hanging around my bones. Like i had lost all control over them cause they was just smashed up. That was new to me. BUT, very much looking forward to saturday:) Will try make a little video clip:) This is like the missing link for me. Getting CH i had to stop doing long distance running and cycling and i have been on the search for something challenging. i think i found it, feels like just what i need.

Slept well, CH is under control, all good!! :)

Relaxing....

Hi

Today is relaxing day. Woke up today and was surprised the muscle soreness was still there!! My thigh muscles are so sore i can barely walk stairs still. OMG how boring.... Going to gym tomorrow no matter if  the soreness is still there or not. Sat i will have another CrossFit session, it will be exercises repeated 100 times and then add 100 each round. LOL, taking a guess here.... i won`t be able to walk next sun either. But whatever it takes, i will get in shape to do it without this soreness in the end :)
