What a great workout!!

Todays program:

Jogging warm up

Every exercise is done 20 sec 10 sec rest x 8

Do as many as you manage in 20 min, BUT the round you managed fewest will count as your result. I tried f ex 10 reps in 20 and pushed for 10 every 8 times we repeated.

Jump over rod
Split jerbes
Deep boxjumps
Squat
Burpees
Hip lift (tummy)
Thrumsters (Not sure, he who wrote this can`t read it himself so it`s just guessing...)
Tummy roll w/ball
Jumps
Thigh roll back w/ball
Mountain climbers
sidelifts
Tuck jumps
Push ups
Jumping squats


























































Two weeks ago, Preben left workout after round 2 of 6.... He thought fotball was more important. That gave him nush rounds. 10 rounds with this, frogleaps, push ups and sit ups.
