Getting warm - Tabata, 4 rounds each exercise 20 sec dynamic 10 sec static. If i remember it correct. Actually, some would call the warming up for a workout......

The ones you haven`t seen before is Indir and Atle.
I`m laughing cause Raymond was tired so he found out he needed some energy. He poured the powder in his mouth and drank water. LOL.
This workout was much easier than last. I didn`t feel that exhausted and i do not feel exhausted now. I can tell for certain i willl not be that sore either. But last time i had two rye breads for breads before i left, this time i had a big portion oatmeal porridge and a beef. It felt great!! So fun:)
